Production Worker

Responsibilities:
– Operate power tools and hand tools to fabricate and assemble products
– Follow production instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly
– Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet specifications
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times
– Assist with inventory management and warehouse duties as needed

Experience:
– Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
– Familiarity with power tools and hand tools
– Mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot basic issues
– Experience operating a forklift is a plus, but not required

Skills:
– Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for fabrication and assembly
– Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
– Ability to read and interpret blueprints and production instructions
– Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control
– Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

Human Resource Generalist

Responsibilities:

– Assist in developing and implementing training programs, ensuring employees complete required courses

– Manage and support the full-cycle recruitment process including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer coordination

– Partner with supervisors to define role requirements, job descriptions, and candidate profiles

– Support hiring managers with interview guidance and evaluation tools

– Conduct reference checks and background screening coordination

– Track recruiting metrics, such as time to fill, candidate sources, and get them in the door

– Promote employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and a positive workplace culture

– Support HR reporting, audits, and compliance with federal, state, and local employment regulations

– Maintain and organize confidential employee files, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with federal and state regulations.

– Collaborate with HR leadership to review and update policies and practices, ensuring compliance with employment laws

– Work with finance and other supervisors to make sure time cards are completed in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

– 2+ years of experience in Human Resources

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

– Detail-oriented with excelled organizational skills

– Familiar with manufacturing environments and/or previous experience within manufacturing facilities

General Accountant

Responsibilities:

– Manages accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoice processing, payment application, and account reconciliation

– Administers payroll functions, including employee pay calculations, deductions, and payroll adjustments

– Assist in maintaining financial compliance by ensuring accurate documentation, proper approvals, and adherence to internal controls

– Supports month-end and year-end-close processes, including preparation of journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports

– Prepare and process daily bank deposits, including cash and checks

– Set up new vendor accounts, ensuring proper documentation, tax forms, and approvals are collected

– Review ACH payment runs to verify payment amounts, vendor information, and approvals prior to release; set up online bank templates for processing of wires & ACH Payments

– Communicate with vendors, customers, and internal teams to resolve financial disputes and discrepancies

– Develop and reporting of program budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

– Support the accounting department with additional duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:

– 3-5 years of experience in Accounting

– Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

– Detail-oriented with excelled organizations skills

– Bachelor’s degree in accounting

– Familiar with manufacturing environments and/or previous experience within manufacturing facilities

– Pervious experience with MRP Systems
